Ryan Len is a designer and design educator based in Singapore. He founded The Workbench in 2014, a Singapore based graphic design studio. He is also the co-founder of printmaking collective How To Ink, and creative platform Aaah! (あ!).

Over the years, Ryan’s pursuit for purposeful ideas and thoughtful solutions have been internationally recognised by Tokyo Type Directors Club, "Top 20 artists" by Noise Singapore, and "Graduates 2013 Directors Pick" by People of Print. His works were also published in Asia Pacific Design, The Straits Times, Behance Showcase, and many more.

In 2016, Ryan was invited as a Singapore representative for DOOR to ASIA program, to revitalise the Tohoku region affected by the 2011 tsunami and earthquake through design and creative solutions.

Outside of his studio involvement, Ryan feels responsible for imparting his knowledge to the next generation of young creatives. He has given lectures and talks at design institutions and radio station, and taken on the role as mentor to guide upcoming young creatives through internships, portfolio reviews and self-initiated platforms.

He is currently an adjunct lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic.
